ok first of all i would like to say my credit is now ruined. we only lived there for 3 months..if that ... from july 21,2007-Oct.8 2007 Long story short, me and my room mates called our electric co. we wanted ( the apt. keeps your electric on til you change it over to your name with a electric co.) so we call the electric co. get set up everything is good and they we suppose to send out our first bill in a month...never came ... well we started to question it after a while... turns out the apartment management didnt do their part on switching us over and racked up our electric bill !!!

other then that the manager is a total B*TCH she will get in your face and argue with you and talk to you like your a piece of gum on her shoe. THE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE ON THE OTHER HAND were totally cool...

ALSO when we went to pick out the floor plan we wanted it was awesome... so we reserved that apartment put down the payment and the DAY WE WENT TO MOVE IN they gave us the keys to a different apartment and they said " well we thought you would like the acsented wall " ( ok first of all the wall was painted a ---- brown) ..second the apartment we put a payment down for was bigger (had two balconies etc.) so they con you before you even move in on the cool ...

the residence are ok ...some are very cool others are just teenagers having fun.... LOTS of fights at the pool at wee hours of the night ( lucky us we had a pool view
apartment so we heard everything) ...

and they have a tow truck sitting there most of the day to tow peoples cars... my mom came over to check out my new apartment and BEFORE SHE GOT TO MY FRONT DOOR they were hooking up her car to the tow truck... there ass holes too... very rude.

and GET FLOOD INSURANCE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you may not think you need it but trust me the sprinkler systems in the apartments go off regularly ... and flood your whole apartment ( sprinkler systems are in your apartment) ... it happened to some residents while i was there and the manager told her there was nothing she could do about her damage cuz she didnt have flood insurance.... her and her 3 kids had no where to go that night so after her arguing with the manager she finally put her in a empty apartment for the night thats it...as far as her furniture and etc. ... it was GONE

the ROACHES ARE HORRIBLE AS WELL .... and the manager is STUPID she had the exstermiators spray ouside FIRST... so the roaches just came inside residents houses ! GROSS


BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!! TRUST ME ! DONT LET THE POOL FOOL YOU !
