First of all, let me start off by saying that I loved the apartment I rented there. It was a perfect layout for me. Vaulted ceilings, fireplace, beautiful pool and spacious. Unknown to me, it was already inhabited when I moved in- by one hundred or so cockroaches. That is not an exaggeration. Four days after I was supposed to move in, I overheard the terminator telling the manager that he had found four cockroach nests inside my walls.To which the manager replied- "So it's worse then we thought'"

And of course I'm overlooking the fact that the drawers were falling apart and didn't even shut, the doors were all jammed, the bathroom was filthy, and cobwebs were hanging from the ceiling.

Kindly enough, after five days of me being unable to move in, missing work and needing to pay for my dog to be boarded... They let me out of my contract with a full refund- but not before I called the Department of Health and the Better Business Bureau.

The pool is gorgeous- it's a tropical setting that really makes an impact through the glass walls of the second story office. But please. Do not be fooled.
