Several repairs left undone despite multiple contacts with management/staff, building foundation work caused plumbing breaks which ruined carpets/caused walls and ceilings to crack/and made downstairs bath and hallway unuseable and then were not addressed/repaired for a week. Probably the only time I felt the need to report an apartment complex to the Better Business Bureau and other agencies.
