I lived at this complex for about a year. From 1999 to the end of 2000. The Old manager was seriously rude to everyone. The staff slept with the tennants and gave discounts on rent. I know this because I witnessed it. I thought by getting new management things would change. I noticed by all the reviews people have the same problems I had 5 years ago. If this is any kind of testimony to people wanting to live there, DO NOT DO IT. They are owned by a company in Houston and they only care about money. They do not care about tennants. They make the rent cheap to reel you in then once they have you its OVER! Maintenance sucked and I had property stolen from my porch. This property was supposed to be a gated community. When the Apartments failed to close the back gate to the apartments which is an exit only gate it stayed open all night. That is the night that my $2500.00 bike got stolen. They said they are not responsible. My Apt insurance would not pay for it because the gate was left open. So it was a LOSE LOSE situation.

MY ADVICE.. DONT DO IT. Go to NORTH Arlington where you may pay $50.00 more a month but the problems are MUCH MUCH LESS.!
