Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
I stayed at the Enclave a year with a roommate. After the lease was up, I opted to move out. My roommate stayed, and signed a NEW LEASE in 2003-2004. I was recently contacted by a collection agency for something that happened under another lease. This was put on my credit report, and is slowing up the process of me getting a mortage loan for my home. Enclave staff was very insensitive toward my situation. They said that "they sent the entire file and it was up to the collection agency". They also stated that even though another lease was signed, the previous lease could not be taken out of the file. I'm very disappointed and upset that they can't seem to handle business correctly when involving a person credit. Very Careless!
