We have lived there for two years. We notife=ied them that we will not sign a new lease. so we moved and we took our time because we had a whole month that we were going to pay. So 7 day past after the first month and we still had some very expensive stuff ther and we still had to clean. I went back on the 7th, really five days late counting after the 3rd. they trew everthing away and changed the locks. They said we trashed th place and then skipped out on the last month. you be the judge! Are lawyers are still fighting the property. We were never late on our rent and never gave them a reason to think we would not pay, the property value thet they so called threw away was worth over 5600.00. why would we not pay 985.00 plus five day late fee, when we would rather have our stuff. Some the stuff was priceless, and we will never be able to replace or see again.....Thank so much Enclave for being so go to us, they will soon be shut down after we sue.....

You said that you never were late so they had not reason to think that you would not pay? Except that you didn't pay and you were already at least 7 days late. Sounds to me like that is a reason. I am sorry you expected them to store your stuff while you took your time moving out. Legally they are not able to do that unless they file legal action. So it sounds like you may have been much more late than 7 days considering the legal action takes at least a month.
