My rent is $527 for a 1 bedroom about 750 sqft. My neightbors are quiet but at night there are alot of suspicious characters roming about. On Thanksgiving night my vehichle was broken into and everything icluding sunglasses were stolen. Maintenence is quick. My apartment is falling apart; soft spots in floor, bathroom tiles falling off, rail on porch falling off, door to closet falling off. But no roaches, and staff is adequet. Work out facility is a joke, and pools are okay.
