I moved to the Enclaves in 2005 and at first it was okay until a someone got murdered at complex across from me. Then on top of that the workers yeah they come on time but to me they don't fix anything at all and when you ask them what was wrong they say "I don't know I Fix" so the garbage disposal is always broke, the fridge has a leak and these apartments have serious electrical problem that need to be fixed asap before someone else dies in these apartments plus there is grass but not in the back just dirt but they have sprinklers come on that just makes mud then the people who come to your house walk through it so mud is on the carpet so if you are thinking about moving here make sure you have a life insurance policy.

i have lived at the apartment for sadly 3months! when i moved in it was great! the 1st day it rain the apt was getting the water too...i notice when i 1st moved in that the the wood to the balcony was rotten i didnt think that is why....anyways to sum it up...my entire door is rotten and this has been since april earliest march since i have told them....5/8/2007 i went up there and did again...someone came out 5/9/2077 early morning and i have heard anything since then and so i went up there yesterday and 5/25/2007 and nothing is done they are getting "bids" and they also will not give me a maint. report compy either told me that is for apt refrence only and i can get one from worker well later that day they fixed my light after a week and they tore the part that was for me off...i am not a pissed off person and if you looking for a aparment dont move here i had 2 neighbors that moved out in the 1st month bec the shower fell down and the other one smelled like mold when they 1st moved in and right now i am living in mold too! they dont care about you here..so make sure you have a laywer if you do! i have one now! also they are very unprofessional at this apartment complex (the office people) if you live here move move move!!!!!!!!

If you are still here... They just got a new manager. There are some major positive changes happening. Go talk to the new manager. Let her know your concerns. She really cares
