I have lived at the Enclave for about five years too long now. It has gotten progressively worse over the years. It has gotten especially bad in the past two years and I cannot wait to move out next month. It is over run with drug dealers and thugs. Maintenance is terrible. They don't know how to fix anything. The management is terrible and unprofessional. Maintenance requests have to be put in a minimum of three times to get the problem half way fixed. The water is off at least every other week and the hot water is off at least once or twice a week. I cannot turn on my hairdryer without turning off everything else in the apartment, or the power blows out. I have called maintenance four times regarding this problem, and each time they tell me there is nothing wrong with the wiring in my apartment. I have had things stolen from my porch and had my porch vandalized on two occasions. There are a lot of loud trashy tennants, and it is not uncommon to hear gunshots at night. The workout facilities are a joke and so is the "security" gate. I do not feel safe in this complex and I do not feel safe inviting family or friends to my apartment. I would recommend that people steer clear of this complex.

Oh my goodness! If you really feel so unsafe and hearing gunshots is a regular occurance why in the world would you live there for 5 years! I don't know what they did to upset you to the point of these lies. Who in their right mind would stay that long in those conditions? Sorry, but your story doesn't fly with me.
