On the serious tip. I like living here in the community. However, my first impression of the Manager Melissa was "Lawd have mercy", Girlfriend ruffled my feathers. After, reading these views I know I'm not crazee. Nevertheless, despite here and her non-interpersonal relationship skills. I'm cool with the community. Although, I did write in to the Corporate office regarding issues. I know how to be professional and get the job done when obviously the certain office staff members has no clue what day it is. Tiffany is very courteous and empathetic. Kudos to her!!!

OMG, YEAH WELL, WHEN I WENT THERE EARLIER THIS YEAR AND WAS THINKING ABOUT MOVING INTO THIS COMPLEX, GIVE ME A DAMN BREAK I KNEW THAT IT WASNT GOING TO HAPPEN!!! THAT PLACE IS A COMPLETE DUMP AND NEEDS TO BE BULLDOZED DOWN!! SERIOUSLY!! THE WALK THROUGH WAS HORRIBLE, AND THE APT THEY WANTED TO RENT TO ME, WAS LIKE SLANTED AND CRAP AND IT WASNT WORTH 600 BUCKS A MONTH TO RENT TO ME, MORE LIKE 400 BUCKS!!! IT WAS SMALL AND THAT PLACE WAS JUST TO CRAMMED TOGETHER, AND IM GLAD THAT I DIDNT MOVE IN!!! THE STEPS ARE FALLING APART AND SHAKEY WHEN I WALKED UP THERE, AND I KNEW RIGHT THEN AND THERE, SCREW THIS PLACE!!! I DONT TEGRET IT EITHER!! THE WHOLE PLACE IS JUST TRASHY LOOKING, AND RAN BY TRASHY WHITE PEOPLE, SO WTF DO YOU EXPECT????? NOTHING, MY POINT EXACTLY!!! LOL!!!!

I agree that so called Manager Melissa ,I don't know from what corner of Harry Hines she was picked up to be a manager,bcause seriously she has not a clue how to manage a property ,also she is not a people person ,she treats her employees like crap and she doesn't have any respect for her future residents as soon as they appy,they start getting 2nd thoughts I was one of them that cancel my application when I saw how she talks to her residents and screams at her office staff and those poor maintenance guys I feel sorry for them I won't blame non of them for living her running that office on her own one of this days,She is just the most ugly bad actitud manager I have ever known hope she is gone after she has her poor baby...stay home lady thats were you really belong you are miserable and want everyone to feel that way too....hmmmmmmm not me !!!

This complex is horrible, I regret moving here. The day I moved in there were roaches everywhere! I have to have them spray for bugs every week. The have a tow service that towes cars and also steels the tags out of the cars and then towes them. It happen to a guest of mine, when I called Melissa to tell her about it, she gave me the run around for 2 days. My lease is up in October and I'm out of there. The place is so not togerther apperance wise. When they painted that's the only thing they did was paint. The appliances are old and the cabinets are a mess, old heating in the apartments, the steps are loose and there isn't any landscaping! Just a big let down for me and my kids. I'm a miserable tenant.

I am not a resident of the Enclave Apartments in Arlington, TX. I was sent on a job to repair a computer and the Tenant gave me a tag to put in my window that said "Resident Parking Permit." When I went to my car to get the tag out of the window to give back to the resident, my car was about to be towed away. I opened the door and sat down in my car and told the tow truck driver, "If you want my car, call the cops and tell them to make me get out." After about 3 minutes of listening to the tow truck operator complain about my attitude, he dropped the car and I left. I don't know if this is standard practice but, I know that I would never move to this apartment complex because of this situation.
