As I'm reading the reviews on this site it becomes apparent to me that a lot of these posts seem to be personal attacks instead of a true review of the staff and property. I've lived in the Enclave since june and i have'nt had any issues that were'nt resolved in a timely manner. Since day one that staff has bent over backwards to help in anyway they can. The manager(Melissa) has the residents best interests at heart and i've witnessed this personally on several occassions. Lets start with the parking first, its not the staff or managers responsibility to make sure our guests are aware of the towing policy. I had a friend of mine get his truck towed because he figured that since he was only going to be here for about 30 minutes that he didnt need the guest permit, this was a valuable lesson he learned when he came out and i had to take him to get his truck. I like the policy and i make sure everyone that comes to visit me adheres to it as well. i personally make sure they put in their car and i personally go down there and take it off to make sure there are no problems. as far as the towing personnel stealing permits off cars, thats hard to do unless you put it outside the car which you are not suppose to do, or you leave your car unlocked which is not a smart thing to do or they break your window which would not be smart on their part. this policy is put in place for us the residents so we can be sure that we have places to park for us and our guests, if this policy was not in place then the residents would be going to the office complaining about not having anywhere to park at night when they get home because people are parking here and going to the stadium or the rangers ballpark or six flags, we cant have it both ways people. there is also a sign in the front and back saying that there is no parking at anytime and its also in the lease you signed. there are a lot of good things that happen here and its sad that the only thing people wanna comment on is the negative, I love it here and i love my apt and i plan to renew my lease when it's up.

OH PLEASE. YOU KNOW THIS PLACE IS NOT THE BEST, BUT NOT THE WORST. THIS PLACE IS GHETTO THOUGH. THE BUILDINGS ARE FALLING APART, THEY NEED TO REPLACE STAIRWAYS, AND RAILINGS!! THIS PLACE SHOULD JUST BE BULL DOZED DOWN!!! THEY SHOULD OF TAKEN THIS PLACE OUT WHEN THEY BUILT THE STADIUM AND MADE IT PARKING AREA FOR THE GUESTS AT THE GAMES WHEN COWGIRLS PLAY LOL. THEN THEY WOULD HAVE PLENTY OF PARKING THEN. YOU MUST HAVE THE HOTS FOR THE STAFF, DONT WORRY YOU ARE PROBABLY SOME OLD DESPERATE MAN!!

This place suxs!!!Of course melisa is happy now she has an all white staff!! Melisa has everyone where she wants now.All the mexic@ns outside and whites inside.BTW your car is safer parked somewhere else .You dont have to worry about a tow company because some one will steal your car if you park it here anyways!!! My dads work truck was taken from here and it had a guest sticker.This place suxs.RUDE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE ALL THE TIME!
