Don't live here!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Since the time I moved in I've had problems with the management department along with maitaince. There has been three different manager's, and each one has been worse then the next. I had a problem with my roof leaking and after 10 different raining incidents it was finally fixed. Eventhough the after effect has left damage to my furniture and some documents that I can not replace. Then there was a situation with them spraying my apartment. I went three months without anyone spraying and my daughter (1 year old) and myself have endured spider bites. When I asked the manager at the time of this situation he claimed that they lost the key to my apartment, but yet I was not contacted on this situation. Then there was the time my hot water went out over the weekend, and management is not open on weekends, so you must call the answering service. After calling the answering service three times to find out if they got in contact with the manager, he told them that he would fix it in the morning. Well monday came and no show. Tuesday came and they raised the temp on the water heater, and when that did not work. Wednesday while my babysitter was at the house with my kids, they told her that they would have to replace my water heater, instead of calling me. Then when I called the answering service to have David (the manager) call me, they said that they couldn't get in contact with him, when they have his cell phone. I would not recomend this place to anyone just trying to get back on their feet, because the hastle in it all is not worth it.
