Falcon Lake Apartments

Expensive Apts - Very cheaply built!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/30/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Dont be fooled by the newness of these apartments or the outside looks. These apartments a very poorly constructed, with lots of other nuisances. The parking is atrocious, if you want the option of a decent parking spot be ready to fork out some money. The management makes a lot of promises that they dont keep and they would be great used car salesmen. They will say whatever they have to in order to sale you on the apartment. So, beware!!! The noise level inside the apartments is above and beyond the normal. Due to the poor construction, you can hear everything that your upstairs neighbors do. When they walk across their floor you can hear every step they take, which rooms they are in, and as an added bonus your ceiling fans rattle so bad youd think there was a small earthquake. You can hear their vacuum running, when they flush the toilet it sounds like a tidal wave, when they drop something on the floor you'd swear it was a bowling ball. Not to mention the noise the doors shutting makes. They are a gated community, however, 75% of the time the gate is broke. That means there are times that either your code or card wont work, AND YOU CANT GET IN OR OUT!! Then be sure if they give you a card that they tell you about the code to get in also. As we received a card, but didnt know that in order to get in as a pedestrian you must have a code. Also, as an added bouns they have a lot of problems with bugs inside and outside of the apartments. Everything from beetles to ants in the aparments. When you complaine to the managment regarding these or any other proplems the mangers usual response is "sorry nothing I can do" or when complaning about noise "that would be disrupting their way of living"! So, beware!!!
