New construction, same old crap.

I agree with the previous review. I wish I had seen it before I moved in. Yes the apartments are new but they are of exceptionally poor build quality.
1) Bugs abound inside the apartments.
2) Unbelievably loud screetching FROGS outside your window if you live near one of the holes they call ponds.
3) They charge you extra for the pond view - but not for the frogs.
4) I can hear a cat fart in the upstairs apartment and the dialog to the TV show being watched in my neighbor's living room next door. They saved a fortune by not insulating anything.
5) Covered parking is extra. It was built with the complex in 2002. Strange how they didn't think people would want to put SUVs in the spots, because you can't fit one unless you want to climb out your window once you get it into a spot because there really isn't any room to get out. The uncovered parking is located a few football fields away.
6) The only way out of the complex is onto 287 service road, which goes one way, the wrong way for most. They have no plans on opening the second gate. Also, because we're righ next to Albertsons, people love to exit left - going the wrong way down a one way street. Pretty exciting especially when you're heading in on a motorcycle.
Overall the place isn't as bad as some, not as good as others, but for the price and the fact it's new, stay away.
