Don't Live Here From: vargone Date posted: 1/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Parking is bad especially if you live in the outer rim. Expect to walk anywhere from 25 to 100 meters. At the time I lived there they charged $35 a month for covered parking. Also those ponds that they have, they dont seem to clean them regularly. At one time there was about a foot of scum around one and the smell was awefull. About the apartments, quality is shoddy at best. The paint is thin and comes right off if you have to wipe it at all. The overall construction of the buildings is light. Expect to be able to here any movement from outside or in any neighboring apartment. Management I must say is nondiscriminitory. They ignore everyone. Once they have your contract they ignore you. If you have to leave the apartment early remember that you have legal rights. However there is one bright spot. Maintinance did respond promptly and seemed knowledgable whenever we needed them.
