I am new to the apartment seen, but from what I can tell, this place seems to be a great place to live. I have lived here for 3 months and I have enjoyed it. In my opinion the office staff seems to be nice and knowledgable. It was a little costly to move in however I didnt go looking for free rent, all bills paid. I wanted something that I could feel confident that the place was being taken care of and that the overall facility is clean. As far as ants, I havent seen any. But in all newly constructed buildings and mulitiple deweling houses in Texas in general, there is always a chance there is going to be bugs. You cannot control who lives next to you and how clean they are. And from what I understand about the ants that are here it is the tiny little black ants that we call 'sugar ants' completly harmless to you and any newborn children.. Keep dishes up and the bread closed and they will disappear on their own.. I like it hear. And about the red head if it is the same one well she was nice to me... And exstremely helpful.... People seem to want to be friends with everyone so that they can get out of paying for stuff.. And if rent is late it is late, that is not the offices fault and it doesnt make them mean, rude, etc...
