I've lived at Fielder Crossing for about 10 months and have dealt with THREE different managers, two of my friends have had their cars broken into here on separate occasions, and I have written multiple maintenance requests for about 11 major problems over the past 10 months, of which three or four have been addressed. The property is falling apart. My rotted balcony railing got so dangerous that I had to fix it myself. I've had an upstairs shower leak for well over three months that they started to fix (by cutting a hole in my ceiling) and never completed. The condo has no insulation, my energy bills are through the roof in the winter and summer. Speaking of bills, I spent the first three months without receiving a water/sewage/trash bill, then three months with a $70 bill, two months with a $40 bill, and now no bill. They've changed their billing company three times since I've been here. The appliances are all trash. The oven is beat up and missing parts, the dishwasher has things melted in the bottom of it and is missing parts, and the refrigerator randomly stops working for hours at a time and only makes ice when it feels like it (and then it won't stop).
I was drawn in by big bedrooms and a price that seemed too good to be true... and I learned the hard way that it was.

WELL I USE TO LIVE THERE THE WAS NAME JACQULINE IS A REAL -----, SHE WALK AROUND WITH HER THOUNGS SHOWING AND ONE TIME I SAW HER WALKING WITH A ACHOL DRINK TALKING WITH THIS GUY WHAT KIND OF MANGER IS THAT, SHE LIES ABOUT BEING IN THE OFFICE IF SHE HAVE PEOPLE TELLING U SHE IS TOO BUSY TO TALK TO U, NOTHING NEVER GET FIX, SHE IS A MESS!
