Once PRIME property, NOT ANYMORE!!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Although this community is basically quiet, there are several reasons why I'm complaining.The maintenance, management & security. The maintenance has changed several times over the last 18 months, and I was never informed. They are also slow to get repairs done. The manager Jacqueline is rude, and walks around as if she has a chip on her shoulder.Thank God, I don't deal with her often, but I've seen and heard her in action. And security, there is no security other than the residents trying to help each other. My unit was broken into, luckily they didn't take much, but I was never informed of two other break-ins that had occurred during the two weeks, prior to my unit being broken into. I realize the train going by is a deterrent, but I think if we had ample security, some of these break-ins wouldn't occur. A resident finally put together a crime watch on National Night Out, and even though several police officers showed up to speak, no one from the management team was present.
