RATS From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/20/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   Yes, rats. HUGE monstrous rats. It's not so much that we have rats it's what the apartment complex isn't doing to combat the problem. When I went to complain to the office and ask that they be exterminated, I was told that the exterminator would be here in TWO WEEKS and he would take care of it then. I was also informed that my building was the 3rd building in the last 4 to 6 months to have this rat problem. They seeded for the rats in the first building, the rats left so they were happy. Well, the rats went to the 2nd building, they seeded that building and now they're in my building. It's ridiculous! Seed all the apartments, block up the areas where the rats are gaining access and take care of the problem. I've lived in this crappy complex for 2 years just because it was in the right attendence zone for my kids and it was "reasonably" priced. Did I already say it's crappy' When our lease is up this time, we're heading out. Maintenance isn't taken care of, water bills out the roof, apartment burglaries are very common, loud neighbors...
