In the year that I lived here there was a noticable decline in the property. I had a live rat in my bedroom one day, a crack in the brick on the side of the apartment that you could stick you fist into. They filled it in with expandable foam, and the foundation continued to crack. Had a loud group of girls behind me, came home one night to find one passed out in the parking lot. Found out neighbor was paying almost 200.00 less a month for rent than I was (section 8 maybe).
