When we (my roommate and I) were looking at these apartments everyone was so friendly, but when we finally moved in it went downhill from there. They were rude, didnt put work orders in til about the third time of calling them. It took 2 months for maintence to come and look at my ceiling just to tell me that they couldnt put my ceiling fan in. It has bugs crawling around everywhere and when I called them to come spray they said they only come on Mondays and that I would have to get bug spray from the store in the meantime, they never came. Neighbors complain constantly when my radio is on (I never turn it up loud). There are dirty thermometers and trash on the grass infront of my apt. If you dont get home early then you dont have a parking spot because of all the parties that go on there. Walls are thin especially if you are facing Fielder Rd. Overall noisy and miserable. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
