Don't move in here unless you enjoy being your own maintenance man. I told the office the day I moved in that my toilet runs constantly--that was 4 months ago--and they still haven't fixed it. I've put in about 10 work orders and when the maintenance guy actually shows up, he just calls me a liar and leaves.

Attitude may play into your complaint. I lived there for 3 years and I never had any issue with Maintenance NOT ONE!! I know that Danny and his crew go obove and beyond the call of duty when warrented. With a lil patience and good verbal communication skills i was always satisfied with the service. The only reason Im not there now is I bought a house or I would still be there.IF I ever needed another Apt., Fielders Glenn will be my first stop! Jerry Blanton Haslet TX

Yeah, I had the same problem with the thermostat. Thermostat was bad and they replaced it with a used one and it still doesn't work properly. They need to hire someone with real HVAC experience.

I moved in-hot water heater broke-7 days to fix it! told me it was on order-whatever-how would they like to take cold showers-thermostat broke in the cold of winter-19 degrees outside-2 days to fix-did not even offer for me to stay anywhere else til it was fixed-I sent my kid somewhere esle so he did not have to freeze to death!!!
