There is not anything good that I can say about Forest Oaks Apartments. Like all the other entries, this apartment complex is the ghetto. This apartment complex is run down and the only nice area is in the front coming in. It is funny reading other entries from other tenants in the pass talking about management. I have only been here for 11 months and in that time the office management changed three times. If you cherish peace and quiet, do not live here. This is the loudest complex that I have ever lived in. You can hear everything through the thin walls and floors. Also, there is a crack in the cabinets where the smell and smoke from the downstairs apartment always came in and made my apartment smell bad. I could never spray enough air freshener in my apartment or burn enough candles to get rid of the smell. The management does not care about their tenants. I have complained about loud and disruptive music during the late nights every weekend for 11 months coming from 2412 Forest Oaks apt #103. If you do move here, do not live anywhere around these ghetto tenants. Always fighting, slamming doors, and hitting walls. These tenants would always fight and yell at each other. The police have been out five times and the so called security came out more times that I can remember. Every time I speak with the office about these tenants, they say "don't you have the number to security or call the police". I advised them that I have been doing that and that does no good. Management would rather lose a good tenant then deal with a disruptive one. There is always loud vehicles and someone sitting in the parking lot playing loud music.
Also, on another note, the water bill is horrendous. I don't have a washer machine in my apartment, I hand wash dishes and I'm the only one living in my apartment and my bill is always over 35.00. Then management stated that there has been a mistake and at this moment I have a three month water bill for the amount over 75.00. The Arlington Police Department is always here and there is always a vehicle or apartment that has been broken into. Just like the picture that is attached. If you like seeing this scenery then go ahead and move here.

Please see all the problems that this complex has. If you don't like the quite and like the other entries stated have a "ghetto mentality" then move here you will fit in perfect. If you like to have a decent home and complex to live in don't look here or any other apartment complex this management company manages.
