you are right mangmnt can not prevent people from breaking into vehicles or any criminal activity. It takes everyone within that community to do so. Residents need to inform mngmnt or the police department. Get to know who your neighbors ... more

I used to live there for 2 years, and gladly moved out in '05. My last six months there 9 vehicles got broken into, including 5 in one night. (dodge rams are not good trucks to own in the ghetto) ... more
