When I saw the model apartment I thought I was getting a good price on a roomy apartment. Yes, the apartment is roomy but the management is terrible & so is the maintenance. The management does not advise you of changes, until they are already done. And I honestly don't know if we have a manitenance department or if they just hire some day labor guys to wear the uniform so it appears that we do. If you have a maintenance problem, don't expect it to get fixed right away or even shortly. I have been at the apartments close to a year & there are still things that have not been fixed that are on my original move in sheet. Who ever did the make ready on apartment was looking for any & ever short cut they could find. For example, instead of removing the nail & then patching the hole, they just patched over the nail...which only after 6 month or so starting showing through the patch work. And the same kind of job was done with any kind of holes or fill in spot. They don't replace damaged items, they just make it appear as if has been fixed. The crime rate is terrible & to be honest management does not seem to take the proper action to try and stop it. The insulation is poor, you can hear everything around you & it costs an arm & leg to heat or cool the place. Now that my lease is almost up, they want to jump the rent up almost $100.00 dollars to sign a new lease or pay & additional $175.00 to go month to month....the list could go on forever... keep looking around, I wouldn't wish this place on anyone.
