The people in the leasing office were clueless and didnt want to be bothered with you. They told me that I couldn't move in on my move in date because the men who cleaned the carpet were in a wreck, but when I came the next day with my movers they had the WHOLE cleaning crew in my apartment cleaning and the carpet people!! So even if the cleaners had made it, the apartment wasnt even clean yet and they lied about it saying that was the only thing left to do. The also overcharge you for water, in which they always have water running somewhere for no reason! It is definately not worth your time or money. They also refused to let me and my roommate into our apartment 'after hours' stating that they didn't let people in after hours, when it was their faulty lock that broke! We had to call the police to break into the apartment and that took over an hour and a half. So please dont give them your money and they also had many many break ins and that was probably due to the gates being broken every day. They also give you faulty access cards that dont work. We took back at least 3 access cards during the 6 month stay, until they finally gave us a ragedy remote. DONT MOVE HERE IF YOU LIKE TO LIVE IN PEACE.....
