Forest Ridge Apartments

Never had any real problems From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/8/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I have lived here for almost 2 years. The office staff has changed and I will say that I miss the old people alot. The new seem to be a little stuckup and I do not feel comfortable talking with them at times. The crime seems to be alright considering this is an apartment with over 600 units. In 2003 we had 6 breakins. However, no murders, no drugs, and no rapes. You can check the Arlington police reports for that information. The maintenance is wonderful. They fix everything fast and do a good job. The only real thing about the apartment that I do not like is my electric bill. My air runs almost constantly and my bill is over $200 a month for a 2 bedroom. I have asked to have the air looked at this month and they did somethings. When I get my bill next month I will see if it helped :) Overall I like the apartments. I have never been bothered, they are centrally located to everything, and our neighbors are really nice. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
