I`ve lived here for 10 months and while there are some things to keep in mind I haven`t had any real problems. A lot of people on here piss and moan about how rude the managment is. Maybe if they had to listen to people like themselves whine all day they would be a little less than cheerful to answer the phone and listen to the next one get started. Maybe you should all try to put your best foot forward when trying to get something done and be nice to them instead of starting your requests off like an ultimatum When they are moody or ill tempered I just write it off as they are stressed out about something or someone. If you catch them on a good day or treat them like a human being they are the sweetest girls you`re likely to ever meet. Most of the time the complex is pretty quiet and people keep to themselves. I was offered to buy drugs once from a resident`s boyfriend (granted I look like a stoner but I`m really not) but I politely declined and that was that, I don`t even think they live here anymore. There are quiet a few ``baby mamas`` living here from what I have seen but again it doesn`t affect me but if it bothers you don`t move in here. Three of my best friends from High School live in the complex too and I rarely see them it`s so quiet here or maybe it`s because we are crappy friends to each other. Parking is plentiful and I haven`t seen any one`s car get vandalized but a neighbor`s apartment got broken into however it turned out to be a stalker I think since they took some of her outfits and not much else but that was a personal issue and doesn`t reflect on the Apartment complex in my opinion. I see police patrolling the complex regularly along with a rent-a-cop in a golf cart. As for the cops, that could be a doubled edged sword, you could read it as, ``oh, this is a safe neighborhood the police are always nearby`` but we all know cops are normally found where the trouble is again I have never witnessed any said troubles. All-in-All I think this is great place to live. Just keep your head down and your nose clean (for god`s sake pay your rent on time, because that is one thing that will get you a couple nasty-grams from the managment) and you could spend many happy years here. The Apartments are spacious, in good condition and most importantly affordable. Maintenance is normally out the next day to fix whatever is wrong in your apartment, which is really great. It`s in North Arlington, which is one of the better areas and has easy access to a lot of what Arlington`s got to offer residents. I think that most of the posts on this ratings site seem to be from a minority of residents, which could be quiet a few since there are over 600 units in the complex, (which may have something to do with the management being overwhelmed) who are just ticked off because things didn`t go their way. I`ve looked into some of the more gruesome claims and the Arlington PD can`t confirm them to be true. Some of the stuff just sounds bitter and wrong that people posted here. Also, note the grammar of some of the people complaining, if the ability to correctly use the English language in writing escapes their limited mental faculties how reliable are their opinions' Anyway, go tour the complex during the day and then drive through it at night if you think it looks too seedy (and it doesn`t) do not move in it`s that simple. I like it, my parents liked it, my girlfriend likes it, and my friends like it so you just might too.
