The lady in a management position treated me like i was a little girl and acted as if she could not help me out. then her boss came and corrected her, she shouldn't act as if she is on such a high level.

The neighbors are very disruptive most of the time, don't get a downstairs apt. and people throw trash all over the place when they get signs on their door instead of taking it inside and throwing it in the trash.

The traffic outside my window makes me mad for my lack of sleep. Trucks, Music, Car engines all day all night.

The people that live above me, are noisey all night. sounds like they are playing basket ball on my roof. They let their dog (go to the bathroom) on the balcany. (they leave it out their all night) then it either falls onto our balcany or they spray it off with water which makes dirt splash up everywhere on our windows.

Im not too mad at the fact that we dont have a mantel on our fireplace. (the reason i wanted one) but in upset at the fact that you can tell one used to be there, it was ripped off and painted over or something.

When i first moved in...a lot of things didnt work right and had to be replaced though they said no one had lived in here before. They had to replace the washer and dryer after failing to fix it three times, still havent fixed the storage lock , and had to replace our icemaker after 4 attempts...i dont believe there is enough effort in their 2 minutes they stop by and quick fix things. the pools are nice, might get a little crowded in mid summer, but its nice. the workout area is great.

They gave us a CARD to get in the gate. i hate using it; when i come home i pray that the gate is already opened, i cant reach the thing so i have to park my car, step out and place the card on the machine to open the gate... later...i found out they have automatic gate openers...they cost $25 and brake easily, if you brake it, it costs you $70. That is too outrageous.

Parking is terrible, a million cars to each neighbor. i have to walk a few buildings it i come in anytime after 8:00 pm. i cant wait until our lease is up...
