Forest Ridge Apartments

Content Resident From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have just spent the last 20 minutes reading over other peoples reviews. I both agree and disagree with a lot of the comments expressed by the other residents. I have been a resident at Forest Ridge for about 6 months. So far my experience has been pleasant. I can say that I have the renting experience to judge this apartment community considering I have moved 8 times in the last 4 years due to my job; and they have all been apartments across the country. The parking is great. I always have a space close enough to view my vehicle should I desire to check up. The courtesy patrol I have called once because of suspicious people, they were very quick to attempt to assist me. Management is good. They take the time to listen to my maintenance requests and they always seem to truly care when and if I get upset over the little things like if my washer breaks. I live at the back of the property and the noise level is GREAT! I never hear a thing. I would recommend people to live at this community because it is probably the best priced apartments in the area and you really get your monnies worth with all of the new appliances and upgrades they are installing. My stove looked very old, and I asked management to consider replacing it. Without another word, the maintenance men showed up in my apartment 2 days later and now I have a new stove!! If you are a prospective resident seeking an affordible quiet community where the staff really do seem to care, then Forest Ridge is for you! P.S. I would like to add that there is a resident that read all of the reviews good and bad as well (my neighbor), and still decided to rent here and has been here 2 years going. Just a thought about how the apartments really are!
