For the price, it's definitely worth it. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   This property allowed me to rent when my credit was downright attrocious. Yes, I have received two notices (in nine months) about break-ins. Yes, I can hear my neighbors when they step outside of their apartments loud and clear. Yes, once in a while, people drive by with the bass up so loud it rattles the windows. This is apartment living. However, the office staff knows me by my first name every time I come in, and are extremely nice. They have been nothing but helpful. My apartment is huge, nice-looking, and comes with a washer and dryer. I've had maintenance come out twice for things that I caused, and they were fixed promptly. The outside is nice as well. People are friendly here. I would recommend this place to anyone.
