It seems like every other day; someone needs to come for inspection... I can recall, in a time span of 1 month, inspection came out over 5 times and I was not there for any of their visits, but who wants someone roaming through their apartment when they are not there...even if there are there for inspection...
Forest Ridge even has a bad water issue...they have the water cut off every other day it seems... If they would just fix the issue at the root of the problem, the residents would not have to receive "Sorry for the inconvenience" notices for their water needing to be cut off from 8:30am to 5:30pm every other day. Their notices even suggested I fill up my bath tub, sink and toilet with extra water "just in case"...HOW BOOTLEG IS THAT'!'!'!
My lease is up on April 30th and I am elated!!
And all the staff in the office suck ass...the maintenance where the most courteous to me my whole 2 years of living there.
