I originally wrote a good review for this complex, but I've changed my mind. I don't feel safe here anymore. In addition to the many reported break-ins (I have yet to be broken into), my automobile was stolen out of the lot. When you rent near two major highways in a complex that has inadequate gate security, expect that your vehicle will be jacked, especially if it's older. Despite the fact that the staff is kind and courteous, screw this place. I am currently exploring ways to get the hell out of my lease so that I can rent with a garage.

My car was Stolen from the parking lot at night while I was asleep ..... a Yukon, last April

People need to realize scum are out there, EVERYWHERE. so do what YOU can to make sure your property doesnt end upgone. Alarms help, and if people wouldnt leave valuables in PLAIN SIGHT people wouldnt break in. Ive lived here for 2 years and have had zero problems with Equity or the current management.

Talk to me when your vehicle has been stolen. Then we'll see how happy a tune you're singing about this place. Besides, I didn't ask for people that didn't have a problem with the complex, nor did I ask to be lectured on anti-theft strategies... Anonymous. If you like this place and your vehicle hasn't been stolen, great. Go post somewhere else.
