I lived here for several years because I was too lazy too move....don't do it! The place costs way too much and it's got the worst staff! It's not safe...there are constant break-ins and cars stolen from their "gated community." The staff is always telling tenants how they need to decorate or what not to do, because they want the community to be "uniform", when you're the one paying them! If you need something fixed good luck they're never around, but yet they're always leaving notes saying they were in your apartment when you're not at home. Oh and my personal favorite, they rip you off when you move! I lived there for 5 yrs and they made me pay for new everything, but yet when I moved in I did not receive new carpet or anything! I almost sued these guys, but just decided to buy a house instead. Run!

I do not agree at all. I love the new staff. They are really nice. And I love my apartment. I've got plants all outside it and they don't say anything to me. They just don't want offensive stuff or stuff hanging off your patio cause it looks tacky. Its understandable. Get over it. If it was really that bad you wouldnt still be here, lazy or not.
