the buildings arent much to look at but its a good place to live. my neighbors are nice and watch out for me. im a single mother of two and so i get a little scatterbrained at times and i left my keys in the door and my neighbor noticed and knocked on my door to let me know. some people would have stolen my keys and my car, but people here are nice enough not to do that. i can walk my girls and little puppy around at night and i'm not too scared about getting mugged or something. the maintainence handles stuff fast. i havent had too many problems but the ones that ive had theyve fixed. the staff in the office is okay. they keep switching people around in there. i walk in and someone got fired. and someone else is there and everyones got a different job and desk. but everyone in there seems pretty nice. ive lived here about 2 years now. i really like it and recommend it to anyone needing a safe apartment to live in where you don't have to fight with management to get stuff done. i just dont have time for that. i give this place two thumbs up.

as you read for yourself, she stated she is scatteredbrained...and must be a complete idiot to give this place two thumbs up,,,,save yourself the frustration & dissapointment and find a different apartment complex. why do you think the office staff changes so much, they don't even like the property themselves...also take a peek at all the police reports for this apartment complex...seems like once or twice a night the boys in blue are on property for one reason or another

I agree with the original writer, i've lived here for a year and a half going on 2 years, its not that bad really! Its an apartment complex, please if you think you can find a place that has no crime, etc. LET ME KNOW because you are AMAZING and this mythical place must be great. As for any future renters, check it out see for yourself it's kinda nice here. I'm moving out but only because I got a new job in north dalals and the drive is too far!

I completely agree with the original write too. I just moved out because I bought a house and I've loved every minute of being here. And hello to the first response person when's the last time you saw a cop. Those are security guards that patrol the property duh! I lived at the very front so if they came in, they turned invisible before they did.

Is everyone who gave this place a positive review related to the original scatterbrained idiot that wrote this review? Seriously. This place sucks. You must have been on drugs and still are if you think F.R. is decent.
Wake up and get outta la la land. Crime has risen. You can't trust anyone. Every place has crime but for what you spend here, you could go somewhere equal and probably have less crime.
Wake up scatterbrained idiots.
Gee, I wonder why there are so many vacant units. Hmm...
