I moved in here in June 2005 and just signed on for a 3rd year. I like the convenience/location (close to 360). I live in the back of the complex and never have any problems. I've never had any problems with the Equity management team. I'll have to wait and see how the new management company will be. The maint. crew always comes out promptly, even after hours when I've had problems. In 2005-2006 we did get break-in notices, but haven't had any in 2007. But, that all comes with the territory of apt. living. Parking has been a bit more of a problem lately, but again, it's just high volume. As for the water issue many people have talked about, it wasn't the property's fault that the company trying to fix it was taking longer. And I would rather have it done right and take longer than to have it drag on for months. Since they did that work, we haven't had any more water issues. Also, the complex always posts notices in the mail rooms as to when the pest control people will be coming, so not knowing is no excuse. I pay cheap rent for a lot of space, including a washer and dryer (for no extra money). I had new appliances (fridge, stove, washer/dryer, dishwasher), brand new carpet, and a fresh paint job when i moved into my unit. All in all, I've enjoyed living here and hope it continues to be a good experience.
