Parking issue and suspected drug dealer on property

Property was ok until the new company took over. They have almost no parking spaces and started towing anyone in their "new resident parking". When I explained I work until late at night and ask if the could make a small exception they told me that I could park there but I would have to get up before the office opened and move my car or it will be towed. Now when I report a matinence issue to the new girls(and I mean this litterally) I have to constantly check on it. It took over two weeks to get one issue resolved and when the matinence guy did finally show (after I sent them a certified letter) I had to tell him to come back because he showed up early in the morning waking me up and I was not properly dressed for visitors. The suspected drug dealer sits outside the mailroom and negotiates on the phone and has his clients taking up the few spaces we have. Add that too the honking and loud music and one night even a fist fight in the lot related to someone taking to long at the gate... As an added note I got my water bill today $65 and change for a 1 bedroom. The area is steadily going downhill they are now offering free rent which will attract a lot of bad elements. I absolutly hate my home and dread coming home to this nightmare.

I absolutely hate Forest Ridge, too. I am reading all reviews and testify that all of these negative reviews are true. I dread coming home and always fear I will either A.) walking into a burglarized home, or B.) walk into a burglary happening. Nasty, trashy, uneducated people live at F.R. and must work here, too. It's so pathetic and sad. The management doesn't care. The residents don't care. And yes, FREE RENT! But even when the rent wasn't free, this complex still attracted crap off the street. If you like drugs, loud music, ghetto people cursing up and down the sidewalks, your stuff getting stolen, your cars getting dents from inconsiderate a-holes and moldy walls- this is your place to be. Parking isn't a big issue for me though. But people think they are entitled to park in the fire lane. And also block other cars!
