I stayed in this apartment for 4 1/2 years. Once the new company took over, I was miserable. In the summer, I requested someone come to check my air and it took 3 weeks for them to finally come check it. In Texas summers, that is unacceptable. Then, my neighbors would leave their trash outside their door although the dumpster was not far at all. I constantly had to come home to my apartment smelling their trash. The neighbor I had downstairs was apparently the maintenance man for the apartments and he took full advantage, his music was constantly vibrating my floors and was louder than my tv. Don't bother to complain because nothing was ever done about it. The final straw came the month before I moved, I got a water bill for $57 for a one bedroom apartment. I thought they were trying to punish me at first. I was finally able to move and I got another water bill for $67. I kept calling and it took a representative over 2 weeks to call me back. I had to go up there before I finally received a phone call. I would not recommend those apartments to ANYBODY, not even my worst enemy.
