Hmm... I thought I was the only one who was bothered by Nicole... I walk directly passed her and ask for someone else when she answers the phone. This message is definitely not from a resident!

I have lived here for several years and I have never felt so unacknowledged as I have this past year. I have been calling and going to the front office for about 2weeks now, trying to talk with the manager about some concerns of mine. Not only does she avoid talking to me by not returning my calls, but she loudly says, "again, what does she want now",when I am standing right outside the door!Excuse me if im wrong but I thought we the residents came first, or maybe her maintnence boyfriend that she parades around with during the hours she is suppose to be at least returning one of my calls is more important.I use to call forest ridge my home, now I call it my hell hold. Imagine coming home with friends and having an eviction letter posted INSIDE your home not once but three times saying that your rent is past due, not only are you embarrased, but quite pissed off when you call and the junior rent collector says "OH THATS MY BAD JUST DISREGUARD THAT" every other month. Very unprofessional if you ask me. I will move on with the good memories of forest ridge, but I would not recommend these apartments with the so called manager that takes to the liking of entertaining the employees a little too far!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Once again I have to say how disappointed I am with Forest Ridge. During my employment there we brought this property around to a very nice property that people truly wanted to stay at. I reading several of your posts to the operations of the community and reading that you're not getting supprt or resolve from the management team, I would suggest a few letters and/or phone calls to the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas. My guess is that calls the the management company corporate office may fall on deaf ears. But the apartment association frowns on not responding to resident complaints. Also, you will find a wealth of resources at the AAGD, including what your rights are in the Landlord Tenant laws. There are ways to force management to respond, or to allow you out of your lease if they fail to do so. Just FYI.

Oh no F.R. isn't racist at all. Have you seen all the ------ and latinos that live there? There is nothing wrong with that. But to say they are racist is dumb. Open your eyes and you'll seen all the colors of the rainbow. The staff isn't all that awesome. Jennifer is nice and helpful. The manager Brandi is fine, too. Never had a problem with Nichole. But I'm sure you don't have a have high school diploma to rent or work at F.R. They should make F.R. Section 8 housing. It basically already is.
