Lots of it but there are some bad potholes that haven't been taken care of in a while

Noise 3
never had a problem till some trash moved in down stairs, who hangs things on the wall at 1am anyways'

Grounds 1
you better love your ants, spiders, yellow jackets, wasps, ear wigs, etc. because they aren't going away.

Not really like your regular apartment style for my 2bd place and it feel nice. Though a little angry about the cable set up.

Maintenance 2
Couple of good guys but for the most part crap

Staff 1
They're as clueless as you and you better have your paper work signed by them and keep track of it because they wont have it.

We have lived in these apartments for 1 year and its getting worse. For the first 5 months we had ant problems and brown recluse problems that we asked 3 times for someone to take care of. Giving up on the management we took matters into own hand. Of course the spiders were gone for a month or two and we just started having the ant problem again I would like everyone to know that we have had both of our pets bit by the recluses. Both pets were bitten within the apartment while they were sleeping. When this was brought up with the management and asked about our last 3 requests for pest control they answered that they just changed their pest control company and that the old one took all the records. This meant they only had records for 1-2 months and from what I understood that she slipped out was that they throw away several of their records after every 3 months.
The rent I will say right now is not worth it. The only nice thing I've had was great neighbors, until they started letting in any trash that could pay their new rent that was $100 over the old. The neighbors have all been very kind and helpful over the past year but they are all leaving for good reasons.
From what I understand from everyone around me they are finding any reason to charge you random fees. Everything from, what I've been told, random checks to seeing your blinds a little off and wanting to charge to replace them. I did make a big mistake not forcing them to pay my vet bills I feel I'm paying them for it instead the other way around.
The maintenance is well I guess ok. I'm more of a do it yourself kind of guy, really because I dont think many people are trust worthy and that they'll in fact just screw something else up. The one time we had to have maintenance out they didnt do anything and I ended up having to fix the problem. Though from what I see there are a couple of guys who look like they actually care about helping out I just didn't get that lucky one.
The Parks, completely ant infested and wasps everywhere. Yep you would think they would have some regular person out here to take care of these horrible ant problems but I'm afraid not. I have had at least 6 wasp nests at my front door alone me and my neighbor called to get them taken care of, she has two kids one ALLERGIC, no one ever came. I had to buy cans and take care of the problem myself after a week I had it under control. Never the less if they knew who I was I'm sure they would charge me for taking care of the insect problems myself seeing as in the contract I'm not allowed to. Sorry my life and the life of a little boy is a little more important to me then some lazy ass staffs contract.
I will say I enjoy the apartment itself, I like the layout though I'm sure that seeing as they painted over wallpaper in the bathrooms I'll be getting charged soon for the peeling. For the most part we love the apartment itself, just gotta do everything around it ourself, oh the extra room some apartments have are not weathered beware.
Well I'm sure I missed a lot but I don't have enough time. For the most part if they kept the rent at its old price I might say that dealing with the management is kinda worth it but the price is horrible. If the new duplex we were going to move into didnt get grabbed by someone else we would never resign. Oh by the way its taken 1 month to get the new contract papers to resign. We are 1 week from paying month to month rent which is over which is a little higher then 1/3 more then our regular monthly payments, most apartments that I find are only $50 or so more this would be over $200. Still waiting to resign but I almost rather kill myself, oh wait nm I think I spider might do that for me in my sleep.

You might be able to have a lawsuit against them for negligence (failure to take care of a threat to your life and the lives of those living with you). I suggest researching the laws and discussing your issues with a laywer.

Yeah the rent price isn't worth the hassle of this complex. Neighbors and tenets are trash and ghetto. They should do background checks and not let anyone in who has a record. Oh but, then F.R. wouldn't have any tenets really. Lots of wasps for sure. Lots of ants in and out of the units. Lots of spiders (although I have not seen a brown recluse yet and hope I never do). Dog crap is everyone (even though these trashy neighbors are suppose to be picking it up). Cigarette butts and black and mild butts left all over the place. People have a hard time putting their trash bags into the actual dumpster. Instead they lay it NEXT the dumspter. What else can I expect. These people are ghetto and trashy. I'm sure their units are aweful and not maintained. Instead of cleaning out drawers in the bathroom, they spray paint over anything left in there, namely the last tenents hair. Tile is kitches is curling up. Water damage and mold.

yes i agree on the bull ---- fees, they wanted to charge me 75 to come in and replace one of my blinds cause my daughter had bent the corners up on one of them.
