Don't get the top floor. Texas summers are HOT and the insulation is poor in these apartments. My electric bill for the smallest 1 bedroom apartment was 140 to 200 a month in the summer. About 80 to 120 in the winter (heater). If you're going to rent here, get a unit on the first floor, away from the pool, but in a shady area close to the front gates.
Don't bother calling that so called security they have living there. Useless!

don't get any floor. this place sucks. and it sucks all your heat and a.c. right out the door. you can see light coming through the side and bottom of the door. i'm sure that's part of the reason why your bill was so high.

Maybe you should call maintenance and have them put weather stripping around your door so that wont happen. I here that they have great maintenance.
