I consider 4 Oaks a great apartment to live in, especially if schooling at UTA. It's only a few minutes walk from campus and has all-bills paid. The rent is also reasonable and the environment is relatively quiet. The apartment generally comes unfurnished, but the owner may provide some furniture at his disposal.

The only downside I observed is that the apartments are a bit on the small side. Nevertheless, I recommend 4 Oaks to anyone looking for a quiet, safe, and reasonably priced apartment close to campus.
