MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE..... From: Jett25 Date posted: 4/11/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   For the record I'd like to say I am a resident without a hidden agenda, who pays my rent on time at the Franciscan and I don't cause any problems. In return I have recieved VERY rude management and poor maintenance help! This is my first apartment and the experience has been more than unpleasant. I have lived there for 12 months and will not renew my lease...I will thoroughly research the property management before I'm locked into another lease.
