Listen to the reviews From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/3/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I moved into these apts after reading the reviews and did not believe that a staff could be so horrid. From the start it was a complete mess. The staff is unorganized and cannot figure out their finances. When I moved in the told me I owed them because they miscalculated, the following day they called to say I had a credit, within the next three days I recieved two more calls all stating different amounts. In the end I owed them over a $100. Rather than understanding that the girl at the desk messed up significantly they made me pay and said I had to pay at that moment. There is a --------American woman that works the front office that is the rudest person I have ever met. She is not understanding and will in fact make you feel as if you are below her. When I moved out, they had a girl not older than 18 checking me out (as she ate cookies that she had just made). She had me hold the paper as she wrote because she couldn't put down the food. If you really value a good staff, DONT MOVE IN. They will make your life miserable. The grounds are beautiful but the staff ruins the whole atmosphere. Save your money.
