Gateway Park is okay if you are a college student who won't mind loud music from time to time.
Don't try to live here if you are looking for peace and quiet.
The buildings are poorly built. In my apartment, the floors are already creaking (although only 1 year old), the bathroom drawers have broken twice, the bathtub was already damaged when I moved in even though I am the first person to live in my unit, and my kitchen counter wasn't even nailed down correctly to the cabinet below.
If you can get used to things falling apart sometimes, Gateway Park can be an okay place to live. It does give you decent accomidations for a great price.
