From one of the originals... Sorry, but it isn't a good place!

I've lived here since the place open. When I first moved here it was wonderful. They did not have income restrictions at that time. They have changed management companies 3 or 4 times in the 2 and a half years the place has opened. While that is not anything anyone can control, what you end up with is always a gamble. Unfortunately, I have to say with the new income guidelines the problems began. The only reason why I get anything done as far as maintenance is concerned is because of Tina, the leasing consultant who has been here from the beginning. She is the absolute best and has the most pleasant attitude. I can tell you right now, if you give a maintenance request to Danielle, it will not get completed anytime soon.
The bottom line is, if you are a college student this is a great place for you if you don't mind noise. If you can fall into the low rent income guidelines there is a lot of space for a small rent price. Everyone else, beware! Children have scratched my new car, the business office was broken into on a few occasions, I have to personally sweep up broken liquor bottles from my area, dogs poop where ever they want too and the pool has been closed at least five times already and summer just started. The security gates are broken on a bi-wkly basis. I have had my trash reported as being in the improper place twice. Which means, as nasty as this may sound, when I put it in the dumpster someone comes and gets it and tries to steal my identity and don't get me started on the disrespect for the parking space that I pay for that I hardly get to park in.
Since I'm one of the oldest residents I could go on and on but the reason why I stayed was because at the moment I thought I hated moving more. Now....I can hardly wait to move!
