This apartment is very spacious and affordable, but as they say you get what you pay for. there are a LOT of kids that are not very well looked after. The apartments have a playground for the kids and an afterschool program but the kids still play in the parking lots and run all over the complex. they are loud and obnoxious. there are parents who "watch" their children from their balconies while the kids play in the grassy areas in front or behind of the apartments, but they are still all over the parking lots. In fact I saw a toddler in DIAPERS walking around the complex with no adults around at all. the management is okay but they do not fix problems quickly. They send out notice after notice but nothing is solved or fixed. expect 2 to three days before a service request is addressed. the parking lot is always full, even though you are supposed to have a parking sticker or else park in the visitor section. People hang out on the stairs and in front of the complex and talk loudly, even late at night. they leave food all over the stairs and underneath. I don't recommend this to people who are looking for a quiet aparment complex. there was some vandalism of a car about 2 months ago, and the gate to get in is always broken.
