My family and I moved in Nov.2007, and so far it's okay. The only problem that everyone talks about is the parking. They dont have a limit of cars you can own. Therefore making hard to find a space to park. Only if they limited familys two cars per apartment, it would be a little better. I haven't seen or heard any police activity in the apartments since we have moved in. True the gates sometimes are not working but more then half the time, they do work. I believe when we moved in the aparmtments, they had just went under new managment and she seems to be making a lot of changes according to some people that have been here for a long time. One person said that before, they could do anything and no one would say nothing. But now that the new manager came in, she doesn't play. Which that's the way it should be. The three times a week I came home late (after 11pm), the wrecker service guys are in here making sure you live here and have your sticker on your car, thats a good thing too. Now if you have anyone living above you, yes your going to hear them walking. But if you have a ----- of a neighbor like i do uptairs and dont tell her kids to stop all that running the marathon, yes of course your going to get a headache, but think about it thats in most of all the apartments. But I think if you can come to an agreement with the person upstairs you'll be okay. The over all as of now; it's good, it's not a house where you have your own privacy. Just hoping to see more changes coming with our new managment.

You need to get a life and not make immature comments about others. It shows what kind of person you are. I was researching on behalf of becoming a possible tenant there. Oh my name is Allison I am not a coward like you are and I do live in Arlington!

No you must be one of those immature tenants just looking for another place to be a coward. And for your FYI, I have balls and I dont care if you live in Arlington. I'am just giving my own opinion about this apartments. That's how much people like you even care. We are giving you an inside of how it's like to live here dumb*****!
