There is a roach problem which an exterminater came to spray for regularly but it did no good. Our neighbors were loud all ours of the night we called the police on them several times because the front office would do nothing. They lost our money order for rent and tried to evict us even thought our neighbors had way too many people living in thier aparment and caused way more trouble than we did and could not keep their lights on let alone pay thier rent on time. My bra was stolen by the maintenience crew and used as a flag for their ladder to hang off the back of their truck. This place should be shut down, but it has just been renamed.

i lived there at the same time you did and i agree this place should be bulldozed. when i left i had to put my belongings in storage and bomb them 3 times to try and get the roaches out. even then i had to throw half of it away. there was one couple that lived there that had 4 kids that were in the streets at all times of the day and night, when they left their apt was so nasty the maintenance wouldnt even go in there. then there was another couple who drove a blue suburban that was always slicing each others tires and fighting in the parking lot. they asked us to leave because they heard from a maintenane man that my husband was selling pot, i know i am one of the only people that paid rent on time and kept my house clean and they asked me to leave based on a rumor; we even let the arlington PD come into our house and search anytime they wanted to.
