This is the WORST place I have ever lived. The maintain is very poor. I had a black mold problem in my kitchen, both bathroom, master bedroom, and living area. I told the leasing office 6 different times about this problem but the only think they would do was paint over the mold. My child became very ill regards to this. When my toilet over flowed it took them 2weeks before they even came to service it. The maintain man pulled up the carpet and it was discussing. He called the manager out and he told me that I would have to buy a new toilet and pay to have the carpet and padding removed. There was holes under the stove and refrigerator. I found that out because I had a really bad roach problem. When I was spraying I noticed that too.
